Please call the studio with any questions
Our dance season runs from September through May. We assume that students registered in September will complete the entire year of dance. We do not tie you into a yearly contract. Therefore, if for some reason your child cannot complete the year you must notify our office IN WRITING that your child will be dropping out of the program. Until we receive your written notice, you will continue to be billed.
We have broken down your annual tuition into 2 payments. If you have three or more children taking classes, a reduced rate will be set for the third child (1/2 price). Your payments are due by the dates indicated below. Tuition payments are non-refundable. All invoices are sent out via email with a “click to pay” option. Our online billing system accepts electronic payments from checking accounts (no additional fee), or credit card. If a balance on any account remains for 14 days past the given due date, your card or bank account on file will be automatically charged.
Students will not be permitted into their first September class until their semester tuition is paid.
REFUND POLICY: No refunds or credits are given after 3 weeks of classes
We hold our annual Spring Concert at the beginning of April each year. The six weeks leading up to our recital weekend are used as “formal” rehearsal classes and attendance is mandatory for preparation and choreography. Further information will be sent home in the fall regarding our show dates and will be posted under the “Our Spring Show” tab.
All of our Spring Concert costumes are ordered in November each year. Costume payments for all dancers are due to the studio by November 15th. An invoice will be emailed home to each family at the beginning of November. Costume payments are NONREFUNDABLE and costumes cannot be returned or exchanged once the order is placed.
Please note: we cannot order costumes for any dancer who has an unpaid account balance.
A neat appearance is important in all phases of dance, especially in ballet; therefore, the following dress code will be strictly enforced. All your dance equipment can be purchased locally at “On Your Toes” in Peabody.
Please refer to the “Dress Code” tab on our website to view the specific requirements for your dancers class level.
Please note: some classes may require additional shoes and/or tights for recital.
Our vacations coincide with the Reading School System. We do not observe every Monday holiday. We will be closed one week at Thanksgiving and two weeks at Christmas. We also have an “abbreviated” week after our Spring Concert, dates to be announced. We will hold classes unless weather conditions make it hazardous to commute. If it is necessary for us to cancel, your child may take make-up classes at your convenience. We don’t always coincide with the school system, as weather may improve (or worsen) in the afternoon. If you are in doubt regarding cancellation due to weather, please check our Facebook page, Instagram account or call the studio. There will always be a recorded message if we are canceling classes.
Parents are always welcome to watch! We have a wonderful viewing area with one-way mirrors to allow you to observe at your convenience.
